Drug Policy Futures position papers

On March 15 the Drug Policy Futures launched four position papers at a lunch held for Member States during the Commission on Narcotic Drugs meeting in Vienna.

As part of the Drug Policy Futures, a global platform for a new drug policy debate based on health, EURAD has been involved in development and launch of four position papers.

Drug Policy Futures believes in engaging in an open dialogue about the strengths and weaknesses of global drug policies. We will advocate for evidence based strategies to promote public health, safety and and the well-being of society, including those addicted to drugs and their families.

The papers are action oriented, and provide input to the implementation of the UNGASS outcome document, "Our join Commitment to Effectively Addressing and Countering the World Drug Problem".
